As checked it's domain policy to force disable authentication by NTLM v1 then user domain in Finesse use to access to AW DB is domain user. The solution is we have upgrade Finesse version to 10.5 ES8 the problem can solve.
I don’t know what the threshold is but I went from a 17 character password to 7 characters and that solved my problem. The GUI does not complain about the longer password but it doesn’t let me back in if I use the 17 character password. So I’m up and running and can access the Dashboard with the shorter (7 character) password. Thanks.
