This Surah, by swearing five oaths in its beginning, emphasises the following fact: إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَبِالْمِرْصَادِ This means that Allah is watching over whatever you do, and reward or punishment for your deeds is certain and inevitable. The first among the five oaths sworn at the beginning is Fajr (dawn).
If the Imam reads surat al-Insan, and surat s-Sajdah in the Fajr prayer on a Juma'ah day then he has followed the sunnah.If he does not read these two surahs, then his prayer is valid and there is no wrong on him.
